What cards are accepted?
You may use: Debit Card, Check Card, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We are NOT accepting Discovery Card at this time.
Where does my money go?
When you give online, you have several options. FSBC requests that you place your normaltithe/offering into the General Budget for the church. The General Budget funds the everyday expenses such as the payment of utilities, purchase of Bible study materials, and the pastor's salary. It also goes to support missions, outreach, or other on going works done by FSBC.
Can I give to a specific project or fund?
Yes, there are several special funds where you can give extra, (above your normal tithe). A few examples are: Bible Ministry, Food Bank Ministry, and Special Mission Offerings. Options will appear on a drop down list.
Can I schedule recurring donations?
Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution to be made one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or twice per month.
** When you schedule a recurring donation, a small validation amount(.10 - .30 cents) will pend on your account BUT WILL NOT be charged or post to your account. It is only for validation purposes. Give it 2-3 days to disappear.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, we will mail your year-end giving statement directly to your mailing address provided.
What if need to change credit card information, transaction date, or the amount of a contribution?
You can view, edit, or delete a scheduled contribution at any time, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount as long as you created an account on the secure giving page.
Is E-Giving secure?
We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. We take security very seriously. All information is encrypted with 256 bit SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
